Q: What types of vehicles do you service?
A: We service all makes and models of petrol, diesel, and hybrid cars, motorhomes and light vans.
Q:What’s included in a full service? A: A full service includes a full oil and filter service with full inspection and an air filter change
Q:What’ are the benefits of booking an mot and service together? A: More convenient than two separate visits and up to £20 MOT on-line saving when booked with a service.
Q: Is there sufficient parking?
A: Yes, we have plenty of parking secured by a gate that opens from 7.30am.
Q: Can I drop the car the day before?
A: Yes, under normal operating this is not usually a problem. Please check during busier seasons (March/Sept)
Q: What time can I drop my car?
A: There is someone on site from 7.30am. For out of hours please park on the perimeter of the fuel forecourt, put your keys in an envelope and drop it through the security shutter on the shop.
Q: Do you offer a courtesy car or collection & delivery?
A: Yes, we offer a limited number of courtesy cars and local collection & delivery—please request this when booking.
Q: How long does a service or MOT take?
A: Most MOTs take around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Interim services usually take 1.5–2 hours, and full services 2.5–3 hours. Our preference is for vehicles to arrive from 8.00am or after the school run and we will call you when the vehicle is ready for collection.
Q: What warranty do you offer on repairs?
A: All parts and labour are backed by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty—whichever comes first.
Q: Can I wait while my car is being serviced or tested?
A: Absolutely. We have a heated waiting area with free Wi-Fi and refreshments.
